At Ghazal Boutique, we take pride in providing you with high-quality clothing and exceptional service. If something isnโt quite right, weโre here to help you make it right. Please review our return and exchange policy below.
โณ Return Window
You may return eligible items within 20 days of your purchase or delivery date. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted unless previously approved by our customer support team.
๐ Return Eligibility
To ensure a smooth return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Must be free of stains, scents, and signs of wear
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, where applicable
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
๐งพ Proof of Purchase
Please provide one of the following:
- Your original receipt paper or digital
- An order confirmation email
- The order number and name/email used at checkout
No proof of purchase? We may offer store credit at the itemโs current price, subject to management approval.
ย ๐ณ Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days after the return is received and approved.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong or damaged item).
- If the purchase was made with a gift card or store credit, your refund will be issued as store credit.
ย ๐ Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
- If the requested item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund or store credit, per your preference.
ย ๐ซ Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Undergarments, swimwear, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or altered items
- Gift cards
๐ฆ Online Returns
- For online orders, please contact our team at info@ghazalboutique.ca to request a return label.
- We offer free return shipping for damaged or incorrect orders. Otherwise, a small return shipping fee may apply.
ย ๐ฌ In-Store Returns
- Online orders can be returned in-store for your convenience.
- Items purchased in-store must be returned at the physical boutique.
