🚚 Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly delayed — we’ll always keep you updated via email.
🌍 Shipping Options & Rates
We currently ship within Canada and US.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your racking number and a link to track your package in real time.
📬 Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Ghazal Boutique is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
- Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.
